Introduced in 1954, the Vitessa, my choice for the most perfect 35mm range finder camera. Not only is this camera very made well with quality components, but it has everything that you need, plus great
functionality in design. Notice the way that it folds flat. See the stem coming out of the open camera, that is its film advance!
This great little 35 mm had a split image range finder, built in light meter, & depth of field scale & exposure counter. Even the location of the flash sync made good sense. I wonder how much a camera made this well would cost today. Well, just check out Leicas
. I actually like its design better than Leica's. Marketing.......
